The description of the product on-line was exactly as received.Packaging for shipment was great - no damage upon receipt.Chargers for both phone and laptop have performed great.I definitely like the longer charger cord length - more versatile use.

My Lenovo Ideapad 3 was dead and wouldn't charge. I was considering whether to bring it in for repair. But I realized maybe it could be the charging cord itself that was causing the issue. I didn't see any issues with the cord. There were no bends or cracks or anything that looked physically wrong with it, but whenever I would plug it into my laptop, the orange light on the side of the laptop would not light up, so I wondered if it wasn't getting power.When the new cord came I plugged it in to the wall and saw right away that the blue light on the charger lit up, so I knew it was receiving power. I plugged the other end into the laptop, and boom, the orange light on the laptop lit up. It was now receiving power! Now I have a fully charged laptop.This was a great cheap fix when a repair place would have told me the same thing and charged me a lot more.I do really appreciate that blue light that lets you know that the cord has power!Highly recommend!

I was concerned that this power adapter would not work. Checking the specs and verifying that it was the same as the original power supply I lost, I am able to say that this worked with my laptop. With the power supply plugged in, I did a boot up, left the lapton for ten hours, powered down, and I have happy to say that the power supply worked as I hoped for.
