Was good till 1 year. After that not working properly

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent purchase I made from Amazon. I ordered a mosquito repellent (Hit Anti-Mosquito Repellent), but unfortunately the product is not working properly. When I tried to initiate a return for the defective product, I was informed that I would have to ship the product myself according to the return policy. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience and harassment as a customer. As a buyer, I expected proper support when receiving a faulty product. Honestly, it feels that purchasing from a local market would have been much easier and less troublesome. Due to this unpleasant experience, I am very disappointed and feel discouraged from making any future purchases from Amazon. My parents are senior citizens and they faced lot of trouble just because of this product and returning policy of self shipping.

Writing review after 1 year, still running like new and traps mosquito effectively. Battery lasts longer and ofcourse a reliable and well known brand from Godrej

Worked very well when bought. But now post 9 months, there's a problem despite charging the racquet for hours. It doesn't work after about 10 months. So buy it if youre ok to change in about 10 months
