My precious…
I was on the fence because it seemed pretty pricey for aquarium decor (I got the large size), but now I’m ashamed I even hesitated. For what it is, it’s exquisitely painted with no aspect seeming sloppy/rushed. It’s incredibly sturdy and nice and smooth on the inside. I first rinsed it in the sink, then rinsed with extra tank water to be on the safe side. I redecorated during a routine cleaning and now it’s my little slice of Middle Earth (Middle Tank..? Name’s a work in progress). -PRO NERD TIP- I ordered the One Ring which arrives in a few days. So the last thing to decide is if I: a) keep it secret in the hobbit hole b) have it peeking out of the Shire log c) bury it under the gravel Sméagol-style but have it noticeable against the glass In summary, this is an amazing piece and worth every penny.

One of my favorite pieces.
This is so cute! The fish like to use the cave to rest, and the bubbles coming from the top are a nice addition to make the aquarium more aerated.

Nice but hose is not long enough.
The bubbler looks great, but the hose is not long enough to keep the hose tight, kept coming off and I accidentally broke it off, but still used it.

Very Nice For The Price!
I really love this castle! It’s very sturdy, bubbly and looks nice in my tank. Do your sizes with this!

As long as you know the limitations you can prepare yourself and maybe be pleasant surprised!
I read all the reviews and even though they really could have been better I still decided to buy this castle. Per the reviews I’m fully expecting the air stone to come out of the castle. I know that there is a problem with the glue that holds it in the “chimney” the bubbles come out of. Even still I bought it! When you know you know! This is the perfect addition to my fish tank and I just can’t wait to get it all set up!

Good size
Good size for my 29 gallon the cave is great for the shy fish also. Gathers algae around the castle so make sure to scrub it. Definitely a hot spot for my shrimp.

Classy tank piece
Fun for an old castle on the beach theme! Our children had shells from vacation so we added those, some plants, and a shovel to complete the tank.
