Good quality. Nice and rigid, helps a lot in hard to reach places to pop a dent out. I use it all the time at work. Does not flex, very solid.

Pretty much did what I needed it to do.... push out a dent in a door in an area hard to reach with other tools. Plastic tips don't tolerate any real side pressure, stainless ones seem to - as long as you don't go crazy with forcing them. The tool I bought was not a suction or adhesive paintless dent repair tool, it is a pokey proddy thing to help push out dents from inside panels otherwise inaccessible to many other tools.

The tool is much heavier duty than I thought it would be. Works as it should. Worked several dents out with no issues.

Don't waste your time using the plastic pieces it will break on you with a medium light push. You will have to spend time trying to unscrew the broken piece off the rod. If it wasn't for the metal heads I would return it.

Getting my car ready for sale and wanted the body perfect. This did the job. Watched some youtube videos, followed the instructions, and was EXTREMELY PATIENT. I pulled every tiny annoying tough body dent out of my car with this kit and the dealership couldn't find a single blemish when I sold it to them. It did take a lot of hours and a lot of patience to get perfection, but it was worth it. Ended up with a lot more than it was worth due to this kind of elbow grease and the dealership got their pretty lemon back. Hope they choke on it. Also pulled the dents out of the rest of our vehicles and they all look great!

Honestly the metal tips that come with this kit are better than the plastic ones. One plastic piece broke pretty easily. Otherwise fine.

I like the all stainless steel feature. Workmanship is surprisingly good.

Plastic pieces break easily off the threaded shaft. Don't buy this garbage...I'm returning it right away...
