I ordered this board and it came with a stand that needs assemply. The parts where not correct and cannot be assempled by the provided parts, hence i requested a refund/change of the board. 3 days later the replacement came only as a board, but the stand was not provided. I rejected the product and requested a refund, the delivery guy took the board with no providdd documents. The order was shown to be delivered on 2ns of November and until now nothing showed up and the order shows cleared. No refund recieved as well.

... ok, so I have to waste time and energy to set it up due to not having set-up instructions, not sure if I did all right or not. I managed but needed time to see that there is a super thin transparent plastic layer which needs to be scratched off in order for the whiteboard to work properly (otherwise the color of the whiteboard markers does not go off) Overall, well, I needed a whiteboard so I am ok with the purchase but not putting set up instructions is a blunder which caused me to waste time and energy. I would suggest that the company adds a QR code or so which leads to an online manual.
