This book was a waste of time, and really didn't enlighten you on any proven strategies on how to overcome fear. Instead, this book only points out things that everyone should already know. Not helpful at all! Bottom line...quit making excuses for yourself and procrastinating, and simply GET ER' DONE!!!!!
