This RC robot arrived inside its own box along with a charging cable ( for the robot ) and a remote control unit which requires batteries ( not included) .On the front of the robots chest there is a power button which when pressed turns on the lights that are his eyes and then the robot talks .It did need charging ( the robot tells you when it does ) after a few minutes we unplugged the charging lead and turned it on .Trying out the gesture controls these actually work really well , you do need to have your hand close to his head . It goes backwards and forwards from left to right , right to left and straight Iines ..I know there are other functions but didn't need to try these as it was got as a present for the weekend so needed wrapping and sending .This is a fun robot that all kids will love and it's priced reasonably .Good value for money . Hours of fun . I'm happy to recommend

It does not makes sense half of the times and the other half it is nonsensical. I can o lay imagine this toy being used for as a practical joke for which it is a reasonable cost. I would avoid buying this for someone as a serious gift

This robot is a great little gadget that is all plastic and not bad quality. It can sing and dance, go around in circles and forwards and backwards. It also something of a chatterbox and quite noisy. My children had robots but we have never seen a gesture sensing one before and it does take a bit of getting used to.The remote needs 2 AAA batteries which I think should be included for the price of £28.00. This robot is neatly packed in a straightforward box making it easy for wrapping and this will make a good Christmas or Birthday present for any child who loves gadgets and it is great fun and a good talking point.

The media could not be loaded. I found this moved better on a carpeted floor, which surprised me a little.The robot is fun, operated by both remote control & hand gestures (the remote worked better).The voice is a little difficult to understand at times, which is a shame.

This robot came in a smart box so is ideal for a christmas gift.It states that its for children aged 8 and over, but with adult supervision ( from grandad) our 4 year old grandson loves it.It comes with a USB cable to charge it and we got approx 50 minutes use out of each charge. It also comes with a remote control that requires batteries that like most toys now are not included.He ( the robot) plays noises and speaks when being tapped on his head. He also walks but we found he didn't walk so well on the living room carpet but was fine in the laminate in the hall. So if you have a room that has a wooden or laminate flooring you may be best using it there.This is currently priced at £28 on amazon and i have to say i was quite impressed. Ive seen toys easily double this that dont provide nearly half as much fun.Yes my 8 year old nephew would probably love this but our 4 year old grandson wont let him go now!Verdict- Recommended.

The robot comes in neat retail packaging, so if you're after this being for a gift, all you'd need to do is wrap it.This came out of the box with power already charged, so I immediately gave it a spin. It greets you, eyes flash, runs around, starts dancing and going circles.The sounds are loud enough with clear voice audio. Hand gestures work fine for kids to do them. The eyes flash many RGB colours, and is very bright.The robot feels pretty solid and of good quality, I can tell this can take a bit of a beating before it somehow breaks.Its a shame the 2 colours (green and blue) are separate models, would be great to be able to have the body colours interchangeable.I great idea for a gift and is pretty cheap too!

WEECOC RC Robot Toys Gesture Sensing Smart Robot Toy for Kids Can Singing Dancing Speaking Christmas Birthday Gift (R11 Blue)There are quite a bunch of things that this robot can do, like slide forward/backward, dance, etc. Its product details are pretty spot-on as it is rechargeable and can be controlled in different ways, like the remote and infrared sensor.Due to its wheels, it can't really turn 45 degrees to the left or right. Also, it is not suitable to use on a carpeted floor as sometimes, it can be knocked down easily. Some words are not easy to understand. Also, it is too noisy. It could have been better if it could be muted or tone down the volume.Overall, my son enjoys playing with it. It keeps him busy for a while, that he forgets to use his gadgets. Not bad at all by need to be improved.. A lot.

This robot toy is really smart the way it works.It can dance speak and even walk and that looks so cool.Although like it size was a bit smaller then expected as in pictures advertised looks hugeYou also have remote control so you can control it from a little distance not far but like a meter.Oit came beautifully packed and that would be such a lovely gift for different occasions
