I have a vertical smoker. It's perfect for small jobs, but I needed to smoke a whole brisket. These hooks were perfect for hanging the huge piece of meat in the smoker.Very sturdy and sharp.

Don’t support what they claim
If you have deer quarters, these hooks are great. They will hold a 150# deer but they will slowly bend. Just wish they were stronger
