Installation instructions are not very clear, and not included any details

The instructions are not adequate for the average buyer that doesn't install this type of equipment on a regular basis.

Almost impossible to install. The instructions are very unclear. I have worked on vehicles for over 12 years, I know my way around a wrench. There are no applicable pictures to aid in directing you through the confusing instructions. I also reached out to the company for any further diagrams or help and they recommended that I take it to a body shop to have it professionally installed.

I had these steps installed, the installer said they were a bit hard to install. They work great & look good

We love the steps. We did, however, have a mechanic install them. Worth every penny to have the mechanic install them. Love the product.

Fit well very sturdy

Received this from children as birthday gift. I had previously installed their rear step so thought I could do it. Requires drilling holes into the frame. Instructions did not match tundra undercarriage, customer support was useless - too bad for you. . For the price, you’d expect better instructions. I returned it, kids sent it back.
