Absolutely brilliant for the price. I don't yet know how long the batteries will last and January dull weather means it's on more often in the day, but it does shut down if the bathroom light's on. There's the option to have the colours rotating, or to fix it on a favorite and the motion sensor works really well, it lights up as someone approaches the door to the bathroom and is plenty light enough to see by, without being woken up like when you put the main light on. No more noisy night-time lights going on, wish we'd found it years ago. Plus, super easy to install- add batteries and clip onto the toilet, that's it (unless you want to fix a favourite colour, which is also easy, just press in a little button when it gets to the desired one).

I’m really impressed with this for the price. So easy to fit to the rim. Was a little fiddly to get in the right position for the sensor but now we’ve cracked that, it works really well & the sensor is sensitive enough that it comes on as soon as I step into the bathroom. Originally got it to help my partner’s “aim” in the middle of the night but am also finding it so useful myself as it gives enough light so I’m not tripping over kittens (we have 2 who like to follow you to the bathroom) or fully waking myself up with the main lights in the early hours and I can drift off back to sleep until my alarm goes off. We tend to just keep it on the white or blue lights but it’s a nice feature to change the colours if you wish. We’ve had it around 3 weeks now and batteries are still going strong.

This is a good product for the price and certainly saves waking the wife when getting up in the middel of the night. I'm on my third - the last two the LED has burnt out after a couple of years but I'm not complaining for the price.

Love this in the toilet as great when getting up at night .Bright,easy to assemble.

Came with high expectations, but disappointed as it didn't light up despite the room being dark. Again, while hoping it might just work, the part that should it in place in the bowl was very small and it was falling over.

Makes going to the loo in the night a bit of fun! However don't drop it in - it will not work afterwards!The second one only played a few weeks before it failed, so this is not a long life product.However, makes a great silly present (my son bought me the first one)

Well I have reached the age where hardly a night passes where I dont have to creep to the toilet in the middle of the night, while trying not to wake the hibernating she bear that sleeps next to me.I have no idea why bathroom lights are always on the outside of the door, but it makes it impossible to switch the light on without illuminating the bedroom, wakeing the slumbering she bear and succumbing to a verbal mauling.With this little gadget on the toilet though, I can tip toe into the ensuite, greeted by a faint light that gently guides me to my goal, while the she bear continues to dream of a bountiful summer full of ripe berries.Would deffinately recommend this product and have passed on details to other married gents of my age.

Great novelty gadget unfortunately the batteries don’t last very long !
