This solar panel is working well after having tried two others which did not satisfy the requirements. I have it inside the windshield running the cable outside to the battery. Although this limits which direction I can park the car during the winter to get Sunshine on the panel, I remedy that by purchasing an additional cable. The panel itself has good quality suction cups, and I attach it with the included. carabiners. The panel has been attached to the windshield for some time and is still holding. We have not reached cold weather yet though hope that doesn’t affect it. The solar panel keeps my 12 V car battery at 13.6 votes. This is in full sunshine or cloudy, it doesn’t make any difference. The quality of the panel is very good. The included alligator clips are good quality, however, the wires are extremely thin. No problem though. It also includes a cigarette lighter plug-in, but with my vehicle, it does not produce the needed voltage going through that to the battery. Also, the included plug-in for the scanner attachment does not work to produce voltage at the battery as well at least not very much. I still give it five stars because it’s doing what I needed to do. In my case, I have isolated the battery by using a disconnect switch at the negative terminal. This way, I simply maintain the battery without having a constant load on it from the parasitic loads of modern vehicles.

Works great, I don't use my truck frequently and just sitting on my driveway, but having this solar charger makes it sure that I can still start my truck anytime and don't have to worry about my old battery gets discharged over time. This is just to maintain a good charge but not intended of charging a fully drained battery as it only produce little current and will take time to fully charge it.

Folds great and while we haven’t reach 60w yet, it’s worked well with our anker 300wh to keep it charged during camping trips. We’ve peaked at 48w on a sunny day and even in overcast get anywhere between 10-20w of charge. Sets up quickly and has loops to attach to tent roofs and cars if needed.

Works well with my 2006 Dodge 2500. Keeps the battery topped off when I’m not using it strongly recommend for anybody that doesn’t drive their cars often.

I don't drive that frequently so keeping my car battery charged became an issue. Bought this, ran cables from the battery to the passenger compartment and stuck this in my windshield facing south. Gets hours of sun all year 'round and keeps the battery topped off. A great investment that has paid for itself already. Easy to install, easy to use and takes a load off my mind! 5-Stars, it's a winner.

Around 9am with clear skies and the panel is aligned to the sun, I was able to pull 50W via usb-c from this panel while charging my Anker power bank. If you’re charging small gadgets like phones, it’s like plugging it to a wall socket. It’s a must buy for me.

Have not tested, used or installed, this yet, because it won't work for my application in the configuration the manufacturer decided on. I want to have the flexibility to place this on the windshield or the driver's side window, and even remove and store it in the trunk when not in use. The manufacturer permanently attacked the longest cord (4-5 ft or so) on the back of the solar panel, intending me to thread that through the firewall if I want to attach the leads directly to the battery (which I do). If I do that I can't remove the panel just by unplugging the cord near the driver's seat. I've had to order a 6 ft. SAE to SAE extension cord, which I will then plug into the panel's SAE cord somewhere near the driver's seat. Very poor design. After all this, I hope it works.

Seems to be working OK, time will tell how the battery does over winter - connected via the OBDII port which is very convenient and saves messing with the fuses to make the 12v adapter "always on" (which would interfere with it's current use for a dashcam, and mean swapping plugs all the time). Quality seems very good and it's fairly thin and lightweight which makes it easy to keep on the dashboard or stick to a window. Nice to have multiple options for connecting to the vehicle battery. All the LEDs came on to show it was charging. When I find my multimeter I'll check the battery level to make sure it is actually charging or will find out in a week or two if the battery dies again. Update after a month: seems to be doing the job - vehicle that hasn't been driven still has battery power and we've had some snow and really cold weather for the last few weeks. Ordered another one for our other vehicle.

I have used this one for a couple of weeks now. Small enough to hide in the kayak on weekend trips. Works nice for powering direct via UsbA and Usb C for Android, Garmin and Apple devices. Very handy with the zippers that make a small bag of the folded panel.
