Gloves are sturdy but soft and comfortable- I use them for weightlifting and riding bikes - recommend

Very nice gloves in most respects.Very good padding in the palms.I had a previous pair of Valeo gloves, which I liked, but the padding was not as good.However, the picture doesn't show it though it's mentioned in the description, but there is a thick and rough elastic strip below the glove and below the velcro fastener. It has an opening in it and is not held together by the velcro, so it serves no useful purpose, and it hangs down and rubs against my wrists. Very annoying. I'd cut it off but I'm afraid the gloves might come apart.My old gloves didn't have this and they were just fine.

I have had these gloves for a week and I have yet to notice any tearing of the leather or threads coming loose. I no longer have that uncomfortable burning sensation from the bar while working out. Going to buy a second pair for when I'm outside of home to keep in my gym bag.

Kind of small for a large. Older model large fit better.

the gloves were cheap so i guess it's true that you get what you pay for. the velcro straps don't hold and the stitches started coming apart from the 1st time i used them. but the price was right so i thought i would give them a try

I have used these gloves for years and they never let me down.

I wanted a replacement for my old Ocelot gloves, these are close but not quite the same. Similar leather & padding but the fingers are a little shorter. They'll do the job but Valeo should bring back the Ocelots.

Made in Pakistan! Total junk, I'd rather have them from China! Valeo used to make good quality lifting gloves, 4-5 years ago. I had purchased 10 pairs back then because I liked the Pro Lifting Series Gloves. But sorry these new one's are total junk and there made in Pakistan!!! The package also says 2010. Look else where!
