So far so good .. think they work better than the spray .. so I’d buy them again .. don’t know if they’ll last longer but we’ll see.. being married to a VERY LOUD snorer is no joke .. have tried lots of stuff.. I wear wax ear plugs and even that doesn’t block out the noise sometimes ... depends on how much he’s had to drink and if he’s sleeping in his back .. so he gets lots of nudges in the night . Worse thing is that I get broken sleep too .. people who snore don’t understand this .. they think they are being disturbed . Wrong !!!! However these strips seem to be the way forward after nearly 40 years ... think I deserve a medal .. think the snoring is probably still there but maybe quieter.UpdateAfter using nearly one packet up to now .. I can report .. fingers crossed and touch wood ... that these have been the most successful option to date .. he still snores but it’s not as violently loud and he tends to stay on his side better if I nudge him .. however.. I still wear ear plugs and I’m not stopping doing that .. but I do honestly think that these strips are better than the same brand spray because they stay where they are supposed to when used . A spray is a bit random in use so I think that the strips are a better buy for him. I can’t police how he uses them but he seems to have had more success with these so I feel they aren’t a waste of time and money not to mention the fact that I seem to be getting a better nights sleep at last .
