It works, but has limitations!
This gel is packed full of pigment so you need a VERY thin coat to get this to cure! I personally found each thin layer needs 60 seconds in a lamp to cure and still try to topcoat before wiping the nails down! For hand painting this product worked fine once I realized how thin it needs to be, and it mixes beautifully so you can get that perfect shade for your design like the green in my pic! For nail stamping even as a beginner I found some pros and cons! Pros * It wont dry until you cure it, so clean up is simple and easy with just rubbing alchohol. This also lets you mix up a custom color without fear of it drying halfway through the manicure! * It applies well without leaving the sticky layer on the base of the nail, so if you mess up just wipe it off and try again * It is highly pigmented, warnings about gel polish not working with nail stamping does not apply to this product! *It is just a little sticky once cured, so I was able to dab on a little mica powder over white to get that gold effect! Cons * Gel is just not good for reverse stamping, it cures very rigid so attemps to make decals off the nail or on the stamp itself will not easily form to the nail shape and when too thin crumble apart. * Because it needs to be thin to cure, attempts at reverse stamping without curing the outline struggled to fully cure in the lamp. This could be user error but the layered colors without any curing could not transfer cleanly at all! Final thoughts: This is great at what its good at! I think it would be perfect for nail plates built with layers because you can easily cure between coats and wipe off a misplaced stamp. This also makes it very beginner friendly because stamping requires some practice! If your goal is reverse stamping, where colors are layered before going on the nail, you should get regular stamping polish instead!

Nice set for Beginners—Packaging Unsafe
Before I get to the actual product, I just want to put a packaging warning here lol… You can see in the pictures that there are staples along the zipper of the little bag that these come in and they aren’t the easiest see (both baggies in the pictures are from products made by this company). Long story short: I went to put everything back in the bag after using the product and when I zipped it closed, I dragged my finger across one of the staples (pretty hard, like you do when you close a ziplock lol…) and gave myself a pretty good cut right on the tip of my index finger. Definitely hurt, obviously, but it was also a bummer that I had to put a bandaid on it and wrap it around, covering my nail that I had just finished painting haha. ANYWAY: I used these to try nail stamping for the first time and I thought they worked well for me as a beginner — They are pigmented enough to show pretty clearly with one “layer,” as is the point of using them versus regular gel/polish for stamping. My only complaint about the product itself is that it doesn’t fully dry under a UV light like my other gel polishes, so I’m not sure if they’re actually gel (?)… I still used my lamp (and added an extra minute), but I also allowed them to air dry for a few minutes before applying a top coat. However, this could have been a user error, as it was my first time and maybe I used too much—Idk… But I would still recommend this for beginners, just watch out for those staples! ¨̮

Bit of a learning curve
I included a sample I did of the colors on printer paper (except white). The colors are rather pretty and the electric yellow looks a lot better in person than the pictures. They are fairly easy to use with stamping plates (the ones I used were KADS and Pueen brand). Unlike the other stamping polish I used, a little goes a long way for this. I just put a line on one side of the pattern and scraped it across to the other side and there was usually still a bit left over. It is a bit messy to work with. It's also not as easy to clean off the stamper. All the stamps on the left side of the page (the ones not mostly lined up) were after the initial stamp to help clean off the stamper. Just scotch tape wasn't really doing all that well (like it did with the other polish I've used).

The Sparkles and the gold one keep catching in the small lines.
The little glitter or Sparkles or whatever keep getting stuck in the thin lines. I don't even know what to call it technically because it's not really like sparkles, but there's like little grains? The black and white ones work perfectly, but the gold ones the only one I have a problem with. Which sucks since that was the main one I bought it for. Plus, even when I have it with a black background, the color isn't very vibrant.

Great Color Choices
So, I've been using regular "stamping" polish on my gel manicures. It was Pueen and they worked just fine. The only issue was when I went to put a top coat on(Gel top coat) it sort of blurred the designs, which lately I've gotten pretty intricate with. When I saw these gel stamping polishes, I thought, hmmm maybe this would be the solution. I was right. Granted, you have to really practice a little. The tubes were small and I immediately thought that they wouldn't last too long. Well, not the case. You only need a small dot on your plate to squeegee. The colors are vibrant and thick so it goes a long way. Once I got the hang of it, it was great. Cures with the UV lamp for like 30 secs. Definitely use latex tape on your cuticles so you get a clean design without any residue on your finger. Love these. Can't wait until next time I use them. Gonna really get into a multi-color design. If you're really into plate stamping , these are just the ticket. I got the 12 color pack. I might order even more!

It has a great colours. It didn't dry too quickly and worked well with my stampimg kit. I UV light cured the stamp once done then went over it with no wipe top coat and cured. It looks great.

Not good quality! It doesn’t stamp properly, making a mess! Even though you use little amount of the gel or more - the finish is not good, disappointing
