4U Wall Mount Rack

I've installed a few of these for my company and they are a great product. The design is very sturdy and I didn't hesitate to install a UPS in it (in the RU against the wall). There's plenty of mounting holes to properly secure it to the wall. The rack came with plenty of rack screws and cage nuts which I greatly appreciate. I hate it when you order a 6RU rack and they give you eight screws. My only complaint is the company logo on the side of the product. I wish it wasn't there and the rack was just solid black.

This is a sturdy high quality rack that was easy to assemble and came with all accessory screws needed to mount four 1U pieces of equipment (16 rack screws, 16 cage nuts). Shown assembled in the pictures with one of the four provided bolts used to mount the rack in a wall (vertical equipment) or under a shelf (horizontal equipment).

Great service

Well-designed. Yes, it takes a few minutes to screw the thing together. But, minimizing packaging for this by shipping it collapsed/unassembled is the most responsible choice. Also, if you stock this on a work truck or warehouse, the space savings are worth it. I've only installed one - mounted a unifi router against the wall, 24-port switch in the middle, and 24-port patch panel on the outside so cables are serviceable without removing the network gear.

I used this to mount a Furman power conditioner under my desk. The sheet metal used to make this product is quite thick and I have no doubt that it would stand up to much heavier equipment. Assembly and installation were straightforward and went quickly. Included are a set of four very heavy duty anchor bolts for wall mounting, which I didn't use. To mount this to a wood surface, like I did, you'll need to supply your own screws.

Worked out just perfectly for my studio. Super heavy duty, great packaging, and came with all hardware you would need. Mine is mounted so my equipment is horizontal, so I bolted it to the bottom of a sturdy shelf. Or you can bolt it to the wall so your equipment is vertical. Would definitely buy again, highly recommended!

Used to hold a single switch and man this thing is well built. I’ll definitely be buying more of them for future projects!

Rien à redire sur ce rack. Il est solide, ne se tord pas et les ouvertures carrées pour le passage des écrous-cage de serrage sont standard ; ça rentre sans force et sans jeu.

Over priced, but solved the problem

Tolle Idee für patchpanel, Switch u.ä. Die nicht viel Wärme produzieren. Den Versuch einen Server vertikal zu betreiben, mussten wir abbrechen, der Lüfter im Server pustet die warme Luft üblicherweise nach hinten aus dem Netzteil raus. Das ist in der vertikalen dann allerdings unten und Hitze steigt bekanntlich auf. Bei erträglicher Lautstärke/Drehzahl der Lüfter führt das zum Hitzestau und vorzeitigen ableben der Netzteile und anderer hitzeempfindlicher Komponenten.

Not able to attach like any examples in their photos as the bolts for attachment require a large long hole. In order to use their attachment hardware it requires four (4) holes for the bolts that are. At least 2.273 inches long and .550 inches in diameter. This makes it unable to be mounted unless its into cement or other very thick surface.
