Kind of disappointed with the size are you still works great
The only thing I had a problem with it is that the computer plug was not working I had to keep on twisting it just to make it work. Other than that the computer works great. I haven't seen any built-in camera.

Tried two compuers, both broken.
The first computer kept shutting down. I returned and got a replacement, which also kept shutting down! And the second one wasn't even the exact model I ordered. I appreciate the refurbished computer business, but they gotta get it together. Did not even apologize the second time around.

So happy with this machine so far! It's perfect for me.
I just received this refurbished laptop from the seller listed as Klamp. It is in great shape, just a couple nicks but is in very solid working order. The machine seems really fast, and has everything I need. For the price it's amazing to get 8gb ram and this one I got is 2.7ghz forgetaboutit! I like to think of computers as somewhat disposable, things break, really expensive nice things break and so do less expensive things, I'd rather replace a lesser expensive thing personally. I am very happy with this little laptop! It's very small and thin and maybe not the lightest computer but it's a good weight, gets a little warm but nothing out of the ordinary. Came with a legit Dell plug and the battery seems to be either new or at least like new. Couldn't be happier with it.

Good computer...once all the updates were applied.
I was excited to receive my new laptop yesterday, but when I fired it up I quickly ran into some trouble. The wifi was inactive, or more accurately, inaccessible. Nowhere in the menu structure to turn it on at all. Some online digging from my phone revealed that this may happen when the Windows 10 os isn't updated properly. The trouble with that is that there was no wifi to connect to get the updates. Once I located an Ethernet cable from the "drawer of days gone by" I was able to connect and begin the long process of updating the windows os. It took something like 4-5 hours before it was finished with all the updates. When they were finished, finally, the wifi, and sound which was also previously missing, came on immediately. It seems to be a good laptop, but I would have greatly appreciated at least a note in the setup instructions to expect to update the os using a wired connection when you start.

Password was in place and operating system corrupt which prevented immediate use
I was so upset for the laptop arriving with a password in place and a corrupt operating system I haven't realized the actual features of the laptop. I had to pay Office Depot computer technicians to find way around the password only to have the issue with the corrupt operating system. My reasonably priced refurbished laptop ended up costing me an additional $112.66 before I could use it with 1 hour left before my presentation. I may as well have purchased a brand new laptop for what my final cost was. Don't purchase from this company!

Great Dell Latitude for the Money - Comes with a Free Windows 11 Upgrade Too!!!
My husband loved his Christmas gift. The laptop works well for email, watching movies, reading news websites, sharing photos! This is a great middle-grade laptop that has more than enough power for someone who uses it for working remotely and emailing.

Nice OS install
So far, my friend loves it....its very quick with the i5, 8Gb, and the SSD.Nice OS install, very professional feel to it, and other than Office 365, the rest of thesoftware is free of junkware. Office 2007 runs well, and the apps pop open...Do not know of the battery life of the included pack...will ask friend to test it.My 4th laptop with KLAMP, and every one of them are excellent!
