Smoothest Psyllium I have tried. Mixes well with sugar free flavored psyllium products.

I have tried both the husks and the powder and find the powder easier on the colon.I mix with low sugar yogurt, cottage cheese (more protein) and some type of my fav fruit.Raspberry, strawberry, banana.It thickens pretty fast, so you can add milk or juice to thin it a bit. Key…. Drink lots of water!

I heard about p psyllium from a dr on line. I did my research, spoke to my diabetic Dr (endocrinologist) and she approved. I add a teaspoon to my smoothies and oatmeal (add extra water or milk it makes it very thick). I've managed to loose weight because I'm not snacking in between meals. It does help me suppress my appetite. Pleass consult with your Healthcare provider before using. I consulted my endocrinologist (I'm a type 2 diabetic) my Dr approved

This stuff is digusting and I would recommend buying a different brand. Unlike other psyllium husk, this one has the consistency of a powder. When you mix it as instructed, it almost immediately thickens into a gelatinous substance. It has the consistency of jello, which makes it really horrible to drink. Even if you add a lot more water than the directions say, it maintains this thick texture. I would not buy this product.

Works but difficult to mix. Forms clumps. Nice to see it organic though.

There was a lot more in this container than I realized. I only need 4 TBS for the recipe I made. This worked so flawlessly I made my first homemade tortillas with this so easy to use, and inexpensive!

The taste is not pleasant, but it really works.
