A Most Valuable Asset
As a retired electrical design engineer being totally honest there was nothing I disliked about the product but certainly many points I approved and admired. Making it a most valuable asset in anybodies tool kit. Excellent value for money. Certainly sturdy and well designed. A practical and sensible rating with the correct safety labeling warning to unwind the reel when needing to use higher loading. Top marks would easily recommend.

Extra length?
Great product but always order longer than what you need, order 10 metres which just about reaches bottom of garden

Nice & compact
Bought to replace a broken one nice & compact fits neatly in a cupboard or small space & perfect for jet washing driveways & washing the car with pressure washer 👍

Its ok, but wish I had not bought it
What do you do with an extension cable? Unwind and rewind, plug in both ends.I bought this to replace a worn out plasplugs cable. What I had not given any thought to was the importance of a "boxed in" cable reel. With a boxed in design, the cable cannot come off the reel sideways. With this product, I have to carefully make sure the cable is feeding onto the reel.This is made more of a pain due to the fact that the new cable twists into tight loops once it has been pulled out.It is ok on the plugging in both ends, it just is irritating on the unwinding and rewinding.I did spend half an hour untwisting the cable, which helped. I can't return it as faulty, it is what it is. I just wish I had realised how much better the closed in reels are at winding in, and bought one of those.
