So good I bought a full size!
Took some time to learn what to do, and wasted a good few meal's before buying a book, but once I got it working how it should, I was really impressed! I've since bought a full size kamado and will keep this for small meal's or vegetables/meat free at a party

easy to use
I have used for Pulled pork & Beef Brisket, both long & slow. fantastic taste, great little cooker that keeps the heat unlike my metal type that isn't insulated so pretty useless i found.

Distance to coals is limited no scope to install a heat deflector
The purpose of buying an egg is to get stable cooking temperature and to enable lower, slower cooking. I have several barbeques so am no newbie to egg cooking. a few points to note: distance between food and coals is too little: Essentially direct cooking only. You need to put VERY little fuel in if you want to avoid flare ups. This limits the time between refuelling so low and slow is challenging. The air vent is cheap and not smooth to operate. I stripped mine down and threw away the perforated grille. Finally there is no means to elevate the food or suspend a deflector. I'm still working that one out. Needs a very small heat deflector (hard to source). Final irk is emptying. There is no ash tray so you need to lift the inner oven out and tip the BBQ up to empty. Could be excellent with more attention to detail and 20 pounds extra price spending on details.

Great little grill!
Easy to assemble, easy to control and use. There was a part missing but the seller responded quickly to get it all sorted.
