vendor not supportive at all!!!
besides the problem of the dirty water left over on the floor when you stop the vacuum, it is quite good unless you have a problem and need to get in touch with the vendor...they keep asking for explanations and video and they pretend not to receive it. on amazon client/vendor you can upload a video of more than 10kb and the vendor send the email address where send the video and they never read or answer anyway.. horrible customer service. amazon solved my problem and i am going to buy another one from a different vendor/brand

Will not suck up water!!!
I love the idea of this wet/dry vacuum. But the vacuum will not suck up water like it should be! I'm left with puddles of dirty water all over my house that I have to mop up with using a hand towel. I'm not very happy with this product.

Disappointed
When I first purchased this product it was great. Loved how I could use for my floors and carpet. It’s has been 6 months and now no longer works. Dirty water tank does not fill. I cleaned everything and still does not work. No help line and nothing in the book that came with it. Very disappointed.

Works better than the competition at picking up water
This is the only wet/dry vac that actually works. I've tried them all and the completion leaves a streak of water for you to step on as it doesn't leave the floor bone dry as this one. I tried the newest Bissel X7 and after 15 passes, the floor is still wet. After going over my entire kitchen, the dirty water tank wasn't really dirty. The water was still translucent. I went over the entire kitchen with the T36 and it picked up a bunch of dirty and water. It left the floor pretty dry after only 3 passes. You can get away with 2 passes and that will equal to about 20+ passes with the Bissel X7. The Dirty water tank in the T36 was actually dirty. The water with black and filthy. Even after cleaning the area with the Bissel. There is no competition. This cheaper model works 100x better than the Bissel X7 at 1/3 the price. It's also quieter. I am amazed at how much quieter this is compared to the Bissel. I'm not sure why the Bissel is so loud when it doesn't suck up as much as this machine. This is insane. Do yourself a favor and grab this. You can buy 2 of this for the price of the Bissel and you will get a better machine. Reliability and servicing may be questionable but they did offer a 50% discount after my T30 broke after 1 year of use. This is the same as the T30 but with a smaller battery. I thought the T36 was upgrade but it looks like I got the cheaper model. None the less, it still runs for 30 something minutes and you can buy extra batteries. In the end, it's cheaper and works better than the Bissel. Period.
