Item arrived fast. Luv the product this far.

ProsSize is the same as an iphone.Very light weight and portable.Price is ok compared to their competition.Works well on ipad 3 but, you need their free Storejet Cloud app to use their app player or via apple's default player using IE browser.Transfer files between a PC and Storejet using a USB cable since the Storejet looks like a another drive on your PC.You can also connect to a PC via wifi as long as you are on the same subnet as the Storejet.ConsUnfortunately, I wasn't able to use my other app players for the media on the StorejetcThe Storejet app only works on iTouch generation 3 and above, unfortunately, I have a 2nd gen.CommentsNot a bad device. Although if you want more flexibilty and can deal with more than one device, check out CloudFTP by hyperdrive. I don't have it but, it sounds good. It's just a portable Wifi router without flash drives so you add any drive you want.

The package arrived in a very timely manner. That was great.The box holding the drive looked like it had been opened before.The cable supplied was usb to ?, not a usb to mini usb as required to plug into the drive.Luckily I had a cable at home that worked and was up in running within 15 minutes.I like it, but next time I hope someone will make sure the correct cable ships with the product.

The App for this thing is clunky and slow, but it also has http access, so all's well. I give it five stars because it's cheaper than Kingston's, and I don't like Kingston because they seem to always compromise something to hit a price point. I have a Kingston DataTraveler 32G USB drive that is so slow, I regret the purchase.

I purchased this WiFi external hard drive to be used with iPad. Now New iPad uses higher resolution and hence you can have up to 760 X 570 kind of resolution on your mp4 or m4v video files, when converting a movie from the DVD format. This will increase the file size to more than 2GB. If you store this mp4 or m4v movie on the iPad's own hard drive it plays without any problem. However if you save on Storejet Cloud and try to play, it does not play any file larger than 2 GB. Maybe a problem with its own video software available on the app.store of Apple. I had written to their support team but they have not been able to solve the issue and have no specific answer. Therefore, ubless they resolve this issue, a major purpose to use the same with iPad will be lost. Compared to this Seagate GoFlex Satellite, which is a similar WiFi external Drive with 500 GB works fantastically well with my New iPad. Be careful before buying this product.

Good product for the cost.

I have not used this drive heavily so I can not reach a conclusion about it.So far, I tried to watch about 5 AVI encoded movies and they all stop after several minutes and there's no way to fast forward or go back after you start playing.I can only hope there's a firmware fix on the way.In the meantime, get a Kingston's WiDrive.
