I am not familiar with that device. What Spectra 360 does is makes a better contact between an electrical device and the skin. It is an excellent electrical conductor. With a heart rate monitor the pads are okay passing the current to the body. The Spectra 360 helps the current to flow with less resistance. With the heart rate monitor it feels as though the current level is doubled.

Is there an expiration date on the gel?

Yes there is. Recently purchased a tube and it has an expiration date in late 2024. Date located at bottom end of tube in white part.
