For Travel Dining and Ziplining!
Absolutely perfect for a mission trip in Guatemala! Lightweight, easy to pack. These don’t absorb what you drop or spill on them so you can wear them more than once and look fresh. They were light enough I could make them into shorts and store the bottom half of the legs in my pouch. To my surprise, they also had a strap so I could roll up the bottoms when it rained.Did I fail to mention, comfortable and had an attractive, not baggy fit.

Moveable, comfortable but a little sticky
UPDATE:Once you wear and wash a couple times these pants no longer feel sticky in the heat. And, having hiked in them, I no longer feel worried they’re going to fall apart on me. The elastic on the bottom keeps the length of the pants from dragging on the ground. I would order these again.Materials feels cheap. Size XXL fits like 16/18. I wear 18 and bought XXL. They’re a tight fit to my hips/thighs, but calves are loose. If that’s the look you’re after, it’s safe to size down. If you have a large rear and plan to put stuff in your pockets, probably go a size up. lol. There’s elastic around the back side of the pants that makes for a great, comfortable fit! Material does feel sticky/sweaty in the heat. Length is a little long on a 5’5” frame but not too bad. Good amount of pockets and very moveable! Overall, I like them but will still be on the search for better.

Good grief there's a LOT going on with these pants
Going to Costa Rica soon and could benefit from some convertible pants to wear for hiking the rain forests. Hubby has worn these type of pants a lot before, but I haven't. I'm short: Barely 5'4" and 170lbs. Honestly, I hate pants because it's so hard to find something that fits my stumpy legs correctly. People gave these Cycorld Hiking Pants good reviews, so I ordered some. Based on the reviews, I sized up. My normal size is Med-Large so I went with XL in grey and light grey and then ended up buying a L because the XL is too big (sort of). Here is my assessment:OVERALL: There's barely a noticeable difference between the grey and light grey. I mean the grey is very slightly darker, but nobody's going to tell the difference, TBH. You can see the black zippers easier on the lighter gray if you look closely, if that helps. The fabric seems very durable as well as the stitching. I have a phobia about cheaply made pants ripping down the back and so I checked the seams right away. While they're not double-stiched, they are a "zig zag" stitching which makes me feel a bit better. The fabric isn't "noisy" to me as some people notice when they walk. Generally it seems that these pants are fairly well made and quite comfortable. No camel toe either.POCKETS: Wow, kudos for the pockets everywhere. There's 5 pockets (2 on the front, 2 on the side, one in back). One of the side pockets is velcro which could pose a problem after several washings as velcro tends to catch on other clothing when washed.SIZING: Here is where they lose a star. As mentioned, I ordered 2 XL and an L. The first XL (grey) that I tried on fit nearly perfectly in length but too big in the waist and hips. The second XL was just HUGE all over: length, waist, hips, butt. The L fit just right in the hips and waist, but longer than the first XL and not as long as the 2nd XL. So when it comes to sizing, it's all over the place with these pants! If you order a size and it fits from the first try, consider yourself incredibly lucky! Order several to compare sizes because based on my experience, the sizes will all be different!SHORTS: There's a lot of convertible hiking pants out there and one of the reasons I went with the CYCORLD is because the shorts hit above my knee like I prefer. So the length of the shorts is great, but when it comes to size: The XL was way too wide at the bottom of the shorts (ie, flared out) so it looked just plain silly. The L shorts fit great but the problem is the pant legs are too long. Ugh! But I do have to give the manufacturer another shout out for actually labeling the R and L pant leg sections. That is a nice touch!OTHER FEATURES: As added bonus, these pants come with an elastic cinch at the hem of the pant legs PLUS an inside strap that let's you fold up the pant leg and button it on the side (ie, capri style). So lots of options on how to wear these pants! I don't feel the capri option on these is flattering, though. In conclusion, these pants would be fantastic if it wasn't for the sizing, more specifically the length. If I want the pants to hit correctly at the hem, I have to go with the first XL and sacrifice the bagginess everywhere else, including the shorts. If I want the correct fit from my waist through hips and the shorts, then I have to go with the L but the length will be too long and the hem will look "blousy" when it meets my hiking boot. The elastic cinch doesn't even help (in fact it makes it look worse). The jury is still out on which size I'll keep, if any (I already returned one XL). I ordered 2 other brands from Amazon to see if they'll fit me better than these. I guess the take home message is that if you're taller than me (like 5'6" and taller) then you'll probably have way better success with these pants but just beware that the same size may vary drastically in fit between different colors.Good luck!

Versatile and comfortable stretch material
These pants are very comfortable and stretchy. I’m so glad I purchased two pairs black and khaki. I like that they are very versatile. I can zip them off to have shorts. I can roll them up to have capris or have them full length. I would recommend.

You need one of these with you!!
I live in Connecticut, where temperatures are extreme and change a lot in a single day. These convertible pants are very useful during this rainy and hot season.they’re also very comfortable, cute and I love their many pockets.

Too long
I really wanted to like these, and I did. Unfortunately, they are just too long (I’m 5’3”), and the little cord at the bottom just made them look even goofier because they pooled up around the ankles. Everywhere else fit great, and I liked them as shorts. I also agree with other reviewers who say they are noisy.

Great quality
These pants are lightweight and great quality. They have a little bit of stretch in them so they aren’t tight or uncomfortable. Would absolutely buy them again

Good fit, nice zip off short length and no elastic waist or leg bottoms
Super cute and fit perfectly. I like the length of the zip off shorts and the fact that the bottom of the pant leg did not have elastic. Hard to find hiking pants that have a straight leg bottom and these are great . Added bonus is no elastic waist..hate the constricted feeling of elastic. Amazing ro find these!
