I've been using this vitamin B5 supplement, taking between 1 to 1.5 grams as needed, and it does a fantastic job of calming my mind. I appreciate that I don't need to take it every day, only when I feel it's necessary. I'm very satisfied with this product and will definitely purchase it again.

This was (is) the very BEST buy I’ve ever seen so far on Amazon!! I opened my bottle in OCTOBER & I’m writing this review in DECEMBER and I still have plenty of pills to go!! Plus, this vitamin is a precursor to testosterone & I’ve been getting acne breakouts @ AGE 60!! So, obviously were dealing w/ a high quality product here!! Don’t believe me?? Google it!!

I've ordered this product twice. Both times, right after opening, I noticed the capsules are almost cracking and old where if you roll it you hear the micro breaks within the capsule casing. With both purchases, broken capsules were evident and powder throughoutthe bottle. Although it's a great price, I question the quality if every time I've recieved my bottle, quality of capsules seemed expired. Moving on to another brand sadly
