JACO FlowPro Digital Tire Inflator with Pressure Gauge - 200 PSI

Should have bought one of these years ago. Quality is great works exactly as it should. Display is easy to read and the locking mechanism is terrific. Locks on to valve stem and it hands free. Push button release works very well. Very handy to use on a completely flat bicycle tire with a valve stem that always wants to retreat into the rim. Display is sightly delayed after you add or remove air pressure but well worth the money

I have a separate set of winter tires and wheels and the designers of the wheel have obviously never checked their tire pressure nor had to fill them up and the valve stems are nested so far back, they’re nearly impossible to access. I’ve struggled with this for far too long and this combination inflator and tire gauge works great. The unique locking chuck is super easy to connect/disconnect and being able to inflate and then check/bleed pressure with a single device is fantastic. I’ve tried other similar tools and they either broke, were discontinued, or had a dial that went up to 300 psi so seeing the 35 psi my tires need was impossible. The LED display on this is super easy to read, even in the dark corners of my garage. Also, reviews of other similar items talked about the difficulty changing batteries and the gauge using obscure batteries. This one uses AAA batteries and it’s a simple flap door which everyone should be familiar with. Thus far, I’m extremely happy with the purchase.

I have always had an good quality pressure gauge. This is better. First in-line pressure gauge. More convenient than fill, check, fill, check, release, check.

Based on initial usage, this tire inflator works like a charm. It's super fast and easy to use. Just push the self locking air chuck on the valve stem and press the inflator lever. Pressure reads out instantly when you release the lever. Press the bleed button to remove excess air. Push the release button on the air chuck and you're done. Time will about durability, but it seems very well made.

As a diesel technician using this inflator daily on semi-truck tires, I can say the Jaco FlowPro is accurate and durable — it gets the job done reliably. That said, it has a few drawbacks in terms of usability. The inflation lever is stiff and occasionally binds against the body, making one-handed operation tough. Over time, this becomes frustrating, especially when working on multiple tires in a row. The design also lacks a dedicated grip, so you're left holding the steel-braided hose, which isn’t comfortable during extended use. Lastly, both the lever and the hose could be longer to provide better reach and ease of use, especially on larger vehicles. Overall, it’s a solid tool with great accuracy, but a few ergonomic improvements would make it much more user-friendly for professional, high-frequency use.

Hands down the best tire chuck I have ever used. Gauge is clear and accurate, with a button to bleed any excess pressure. The quick connect for the valve stem locks on and stays on, with no leaking air until you release it. Occasionally you run into a product that blows the competition out of the water, look no further.

Not only did this come on time and packaged well, it worked great right out of the box. I did put the adapter on the bottom, which is standard for air tools. It worked great, had no leaks, and we easy to use. I highly recommend it.
