I did research to make my decision on which back brace to purchase. I go outside of Amazon to research as well and this was a winner. I know why!!! It is well built, easy to use and reasonably priced. If you need a back brace I would recommend this one. Or if you need any other items they sell, you really can't go wrong. They aim to please and I can tell you that I am a very happy customer!!!I bought this for my husband because his entire lumbar spine has bulging discs, a total of 7 bulging discs. This product has helped him. It is great to be able to add heat with ease.The reason I am most impressed with the product is because the company goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. They reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied with the back brace and to confirm that my needs were met. There is no doubt in my mind that they stand behind their products and want their customers to have a great experience. It is something that will make me purchase from them again.I also received an amazing massage roller ball and I love it!!! It is handy and works quite well. That is just a bonus to this review. This is an extra large hot and cold pack. Freeze and microwavable. Absolutely be careful using when hot. A layer of cloth in between this and skin is as must straight from the microwave. This holds a good 10-15 mintes of helpful heat. Relieves pain, inflammation soreness, bruises, spasms and more.
