Installed Product turned on and nothing happened, The light came on but no increase in signal. now there is snow on the roof and i can't get up there to take down to return. worse thing i have ever purchased from you. will not reconmend to anyone.

From 1 bar 3G to 4-5 bars!
This definitely works! I got this to boost the 1 sometimes 2 bars of 3g in my rural area, and so far I'm impressed! There's literally mountain between my location and the tower I'm hitting, and even considering the tower is a bit higher than I am on the next 'hill' over I'm not even close to line of sight.With the weak signal I have this device will not cover the entire house, and it didn't help the data connection as much as I had hoped. The thing that really improved is the voice quality and the time it takes to receive a text. If I had any 4g whatsoever I would have gone with a multi-band booster, but it does allow me to receive texts almost instantly and I can actually have a decent phone calls without stepping out into the yard.My advice to those who need something like this is go with a dual (or more) frequency booster if you have any sort of 4g signal and don't have other options for broadband connections at the location you're installing it.Oh, and make sure to do your research on what frequencies/bands your carrier uses in the local area before buying, because they're not all the same even within the carrier's network in my case.

Love it but wrong tower
Make sure you have the right tower. My boyfriend gained bars but not me. It got the right idea but the wrong tower.

Cheap and works !
I bought this for my bar in my basement. I went from ZERO bars to Full bars on my iPhone. I also can get text from android users easily now. One thing to mention I did have to raise the outdoor antenna at least 15 feet outside to get the signal I needed. But for $50-$60 can’t beat it. Works as it should. Thanks.

Didn't have any more bars or signal than when I started looking and found this product.had high hopes .maybe others may have different out come.just didn't work for me.

Doesn’t Work
I receive the product and it didn’t work at all. We changed the Direction of the antenna multiple times. Still nothing. After about an hour of messing with it we gave up and returned it.Don’t waste your money on this one.
