Swash® Smells Like Vacation HE Ultra-Concentrated Liquid Laundry Detergent

I love this product. The smell is fresh, but not overwhelming. Works good with my he washing machine. Easy to dispense and you don’t need a lot. It may seem pricy, but you don’t use much but a couple squeezes per load.

Awesome product! I love this! It’s concentrated so less packaging and plastic. I love the clean scent. I see no difference in wash quality from the major brands. Will continue to purchase.

I love the great design of the measured squirt that will only allow a pre measured amount per load( that’s genius,. I like the barely there smell. ——What bothers me is the dark blue color , so so dark I was anxiously worried and quickly swished my hand into the water. Now I add soap to the water then my clothes. Why aren’t All cleaning supplies colorless? Maybe outside the package that is a color but the inside is clear so that you’re not putting something extra that doesn’t need to be there in your laundry.. its likely less expensive to produce. And the folks here reviewing delivered leaky bottle is more about packaging whereas the top “inadvertently, has a loosely tightening top. .The product packaging itself is well designed. The exterior and interior rigid cardboard holds the bottle snugly removing side to side or top to bottom & plastic like bag over the bottle that is fastened with a piece.of your basic desktop tape Unintentionally at the point of assembly where the lid is to be tightened or was barely or wasn’t at all. that loose top undoubtably in the shipping process was intentionally recklessly physically handled start to finish that’s a seller suggested private note. the product itself is fine. Looking at your order after delivery you cansend the seller a message and send an email the manufacturer reviewing the packaging. Just a thought. I think it cleaned well.

We just got a new front load machine. Was used to using pods but they don't always dissolve entirely and liquids getting funky and gunky in the dispenser drawer can be problematic - I wanted to give this a shot to solve both. It arrived intact with no leaks or damage, which is always a relief. Really love the small size. One could stash anywhere or take to the laundromat easily on a pinch. Scent is really not "citrus" in my opinion, but light and fresh upon dispensing, more on this later. The lid worked fine and the tiny amount rinsed fully into the wash without leaving a trace in the drawer. I will update if this changes in any manner - with any solution I identify. Hand Measuring - For those with a "broken", defective or otherwise non-working lid - dividing the 30oz by 83 = 0.361445783 oz. per squirt/load - since 1Tablespoon = 0.5 oz. With 2 teaspoons = 0.333334 oz.- add just a tad over that per load :-) The load was scented (still not citrus imo) following wash and clothes were clean despite a couple old stains that I did pretreat with dabs from my dispensed detergent. VERY happy about that. After drying, the scent remains. I will add that some scents bother me, this one included. I am not allergic but something in this, Oxi Max Force gel as well as other detergents & hand soaps take my breath away. I avoid the laundry aisle due to this issue. Not a strong scent but a quality I prefer to avoid and would not want on sheets or other things particularly near my face. Perhaps an extra rinse would remedy this ?? Overall, I like this product. May try unscented in the future for obvious reasons. I have used Amazon Basics Fresh Scent pods for quite a while with great results and no problem with scent at all but they do not always dissolve completely - so also trying that brand of liquid now with high hopes.

Swash comes in a smaller bottle and it seems to get our clothes clean and the Linen scent is alright. The problem and the reason I bought the product, was its claim to have the best delivery system. It does not have a good delivery system or maybe I have been saddled with a top that doesn’t work. The video is deceiving, making it look so easy to use. Once I think I have the cap filled by holding the bottle upright and squeezing the sides creating an intake of air into the cap, I overturn the bottle only to confronted by a few dribbles. It just plain doesn’t work. I’m not sure what to do about this since the product was touted as easy to dispense. They should have said ‘unless your cap doesn’t work’. Not only doesn’t it work, it’s a major fail. There is no where on the package that suggests how much to dispense without utilizing their cap; a step I would hate, considering that amount would be small and half of the product would adhere to the measuring utensil. I have a front loader with no way to swish the swash off of the alternative to the cap. If they could send me a bunch of caps, I could possibly find one that works. This is a good product, I just can’t figure out how to use it to clean my laundry.

I purchased this for my son’s birthday. I noticed his bulky laundry detergent container at his house. I use this brand and it’s so much better than regular laundry detergents. No bulky containers to store and a bottle lasts a long time and good for your washer.

I have purchased 3 bottles of this detergent. The first one sold me. The cap dispenses exactly what you need and in my front load washer, when I do the self clean feature now for the last 2 months, there aren't as many suds from left behind detergent. Yes. I have about 2 loads/day/10/week that I do and the bottle lasted about 2 months. I have always had issues with the pods as they are still too much detergent for the loads I do in my front load washer unless I am doing a comforter or something. Then you are spot treating, adding additional detergent for larger loads. This makes the laundry feel much cleaner than Tide does. I was to the point of using 1 cup of baking soda with my Tide pods to get laundry to feel clean without any left behind soap residue. This initial bottle was the answer to my prayers. I ran out. Purchased a 2nd bottle. The first squirt, only half a squirt came out. I tilt back to refill the cap and back down and squeeze. Nothing. I remove the cap and look and the flap inside that is designed to dispense the proper amount of detergent is dangling. No amount of fiddling works to fix the issue. The flap will flip back after every squirt and block the exit. I decide to ask Whirlpool for an extra cap. Amazon says contact Whirlpool for any issues. Not them. No sense in returning a bottle that I have used some product from already. Trying to do the right thing, I reach out to Whirlpool. After sitting on hold for over an hour, the rep tells me I need to contact Amazon and she doesn't know why they sent me to Whirlpool and hangs up. No other solution offered. She actually says to me, "That is stupid to ask for an extra cap. Just get the entire bottle." I go back to Amazon and the only choice is to return/replace otherwise it will direct me back to Whirlpool. So now I receive the 3rd bottle in the mail yesterday from Amazon and that flap is broken as well. I have now been on hold with Whirlpool at my work desk on my cell phone for 2.5 hours and I called right at 8 a.m. when they opened. I have left my desk and returned and it is still on hold. There is NO option to contact Whirlpool via LiveChat without a model number/serial number and the email options are also for only appliances. If you go to the Whirlpool SWASH website, the only option is to use good old USPS and mail them a strongly worded disappointment letter or sit on hold on the phone and hope that they will answer your call. For this simple reason, I am returning both bottles and going elsewhere to another company to buy a totally different detergent. If I can't get hold of anyone, then I don't want to use your product. Don't give me CoVid as your excuse if you have NO email address for complaints or assistance because this is the year 2021 not 2000. Everyone has customer support via email especially now with CoVid! I cannot recommend this product simply due to the fact that if you ever have an issue you won't be able to let them know.
