These cacao nibs are wonderful and highly recommend this product because...1) Flavor: Nice nutty flavor with a lovely crunch! Cacao Nibs are a natural product and produced in factory similar to that of coffee/rice/lentils etc. Because of this - it's pretty essential to quality check the item before you eat it. I've never eaten nibs that don't have some percentage of husks in the bag. These husks will cause the flavor to taste "earthy" or like dirt.2) Use: I mostly use these nibs as an additional crunch on dessert items or eat them as a snack when I'm craving a crunchy/nutty snack. Use them on Acai bowls, smoothie bowls, brownies, etc.3) Price: I think this product has the best flavor and quality vs price point!Cons (Maybe depending on your preferences):1) NOT a replacement for chocolate: This product is not a replacement for chocolate.2) Cannot compare to chocolate: I don't eat these to replace my craving for chocolate - I consider this product to have its own characteristics and uses3) Reviewing before eating: Some folks are used to reviewing food items before eating or cooking (like rice,lentils,etc). You MUST go through this product and pick out the husks and any possible NON-NIBS before throwing a handful into your mouth. Because it is a natural product, natural bi-product is in the bag.Overall, I love this item. This particular brand tastes the best, but it does require that I look through the nibs which I don't mind but others might!

I don’t think it is easy to actually use such a huge bag but maybe you can. These are normal cocoa bits so they taste pretty neutral. I use them in a blender for shakes. It’s cool.

These are good to add to yogurt or chocolate chip cookies

I'm a fan of dark chocolate so I love these. (A family member used to sugar finds them too bitter.) I add it when grinding coffee beans for a richer espresso flavor; or make cacao powder to mix in with chia pudding. I put the nibs right on top of fruit & yogurt concoctions. Sometimes just eat a spoonful as a snack. So many uses and it's good for you.

Really enjoy this brand! I like the size and texture. I’ve tried other brands and these aren’t as bitter or chunky and much easier to chew. I add them in my yogurt bowl!

When you open the bag and smell it, it's wonderful. The aroma of really good high percent chocolate. Roasted so it's ready to eat. Imagine a high end chocolate bar with 80%+ cacao, bitter like a shot of straight espresso and with that rich, dusky chocolate flavor. That's what these taste like. Absolutely no sweetness at all, it's not finished chocolate. Very crunchy and loaded with fiber for your gut and cocoa butter for your heart. Polyphenols without the sugar, milk powder and other stuff they put into finished chocolate bars. Eating bitter foods triggers your gallbladder to produce bile, that settles your stomach and improves digestion, just like drinking a shot of bitters after dinner. Good stuff.
