Great water heater let down by poor information about accesories supplied.
Well made and works really well. A pity more details weren't given about the accessories, as the connections to unit etc are 15mm but the pressure reducing valve etc were 22mm.

Efficient and easy to fit
We commited to running eco properties about a year ago and our electrician recommended this. Installation was easy and operating through app is easy too. This can power enough water to run our HMO which has 3 bathrooms and 4 sinks as well as kitchen water needs too. It can cope well and no one complains of not being able to shower In conjunction with pv solar panels remove gas completely) the over all savings ratio is worth it. Highly reccomend

Sprang a leak after 2.5 years.
Installed September 2022 and it's been a great unit until this morning, June 2025, when something inside it popped and sprang a major leak. Luckily I was home and got to the isolation valve before too much water damage was incurred.
