I love this bag sm you don’t understand!! It’s a basic bag, but highly customizable. I’ve added pins, plushies, a bell, and some custom charms to it. It’s so fun to decorate and make my own :) It’s shockingly roomy! I carry both my 16 inch MacBook and iPad in it with chargers, a mouse, and plenty of other things. It hasn’t torn from how heavy those slabs of titanium are. I was eyeing this bag for years and for the price, it’s a great shoulder bag. I’m so glad that I finally bought it. I’ve gotten multiple compliments on it!

This bag seems to be constructed well. Love the pockets and little pouch. No odd smell. It's very cute. It fits my iPad, notebooks, water bottle, umbrella and other necessities with room to spare. It's easy to carry. For the price it's seem well worth the purchase.

I did not expect to love this bag as much as I do. I thought it would look and feel a bit cheaper, and I was surprised when I found it to be pretty sturdy considering the price. I’ve been using it for work for several weeks now and it holds my laptop, notebooks, pens, wallet, keys, glasses case and tends to have extra room for other random items I need. The heart window is cute, sturdy and very clear, I have pins set up behind it and I love how it looks.

I love this bag, I've ordered it twice now! The first bag I got a couple years back during 2023... the only sad part is either after a year it did start tearing, first on the outside and now a bit on the inside.. but I only have a pic showing the outside as I've already thrown the old bag out. The much cleaner bag is the replacement I got recently though! I hope it can last longer, as this bag is super cute. I love the pastel colors it comes in, especially the multi color ones. Anyways, thats the only reason I took a star off due to it being prone to tears... I still don't know how it got tears? I guess constant usage and weight pulling on it though I never carried many heavy things. Other than that, it is comfortable to use, has a good amount of space to fit various notebooks, a wallet, portable charger, ipad, laptop up to probably 14-15 inches... etc. I'd recommend!

It’s a great bag, have had it for about a year now too! It’s very cute and a great size. I have no complaints about the zipper or quality neither. It’s perfect for school, travel, or just everyday use. I really recommend.

I going to be using this bag for school and I'm in love with it! The heart pocket is super cute and I decorated it to my liking. I'm not sure how durable it is but I'll trust it to get me through the semester! I saw reviews and people were saying it was smaller so my expectations were for it to be smaller but it actually came bigger than I had imagined it to be after reading reviews but it's very roomy, and the straps are nice and comfortable to I do have to carry a lot of stuff so I'm not worried about how much it would fit but how much it can hold I'll try not to overdo it!

Gotten so many compliments on this bag! When full, it can get hefty… You can definitely fight someone off with this thing. Strap length allows the bag to sit comfortably under your arm, which is a huge plus for me! It feels more secure. Quality is decent for the price, but durability is debatable. If you’re looking for a cute bag, this is a great choice!!

Size: It can fit quite a bit, but cannot carry a lot. Putting too much in this bag will stress it out, meaning the quality is not good for those who pack such heavy books and laptops. There really isn't enough room for a mouse and cord WITH textbooks unless you wanted to damage something while carrying. Quality: Very cheaply made to be honest, there are better bags out there that can hold more and be of higher quality for a better price than this bag. The only plus side is the clear pocket which you can attach pins and other aesthetic items into. Travelability: The two (2) straps are frustrating to deal with. I did not receive a longer handle to turn this into a shoulder bag, and I regret my purchase because of this flaw. I would like for my bag to be close to me at all times. Comfort: This bag isn't really comfortable. The straps are rough and require a pad in my opinion as they resemble a seatbelt like texture. If you're looking for a comfortable bag, this is definitely NOT size friendly. If you're a plus-sized person, I recommend a shoulder bag or backpack compared to this handbag.

The brown colour is super nice, the material feels sturdy. All the stitches are very straight and neat, the laptop pocket inside is nice and I find the bag a nice size for my MacBook, water bottle, laptop charger, planner, wallet and lots of other odds and ends. I used the attached little wallet as a pin insert, I don’t know if that’s the intention but it works well and I can have different pins on either side to display.

I received the bag in january, it's march now and the bag still has a weird smell to it and the straps are a bit small but I think they can be adjusted so it's a decent bag if you need it for work or school

I received a different color than what I ordered and the seller was so kind to send me another one of my choice for FREE over all the bag is beautiful beyond believe comfortable and so helpful 100% recommended

I love this bag. It has great space so It can store everything I need, plus it is stronger than it looks, never broken once and I've had it for months
