This is a great product and I’ve used it for over 6-7 years. My optometrist suggested I use this at nite to combat dry eye syndrome and it’s great! Just know that after u insert it into your eyes, u will not be able to read or watch TV! It’s an ointment, so it’s a thick gel but a miracle worker, and so far, I don’t have to have a prescription med. I also quit using eye drops during the day as my eyes never feel dry after using this nite time ointment. And last, I wear contacts about 18+ hours a day. I highly recommend this product if u have dry eye syndrome!

The ointment works great at night and is reasonably priced

My cat has a condition that requires a drop in each eye twice a day since he was a kitten. This product has always kept his eyes moist as required. It appears to be soothing for him. It is simple and quick to get a single drop from the tube. My cat is very trustworthy and docile, so he sits still for his drops. This has been our routine for 11 years.

This is the only product out there that gets rid of itchy burning eyes. I would never have known about it if it hadn’t been recommended by my opthamologist.

I just used this for the first time last time as my last tube—original formula—was finally empty. At first, I was confused. What have you done with my fabulous nighttime gel? The new formula is horrible. If I wanted to dump petroleum jelly in my eye, I’d just use Vaseline. I am devastated. My eyes were not nearly as refreshed in the morning as with the old formula. I was equally disappointed with the new tube size. I understand costs go up, but there’s no justification for such an extreme increase, especially for a tube of petroleum jelly. So sad. Praying I can find something from another company.

Using this product at the recommendation of my retina specialist for severe dry eye Product is working fine but my biggest complaint is the manufacturer has changed the size of the product while charging the same price I was paying for a larger size!

It is what I have been using for several years at night time. I wish, they still had for severe dryness gel a tube NOT in a bottle. Bottle are too difficult to squeeze.
