me ha relajado el brazo mucho, con ese artilugio y con estiramientos se me ha reducido el dolo en más de un 80%. Aunque no sea definitivo calmar el dolor estoy muy contento, porque nada me lo había aliviado tanto, ni 15 sesisiones de fisio. yo creo que en un mes ya no tendré nada de dolor, conejo, no te lo pongas como la imagen, aprieta el pasito justo donde te duele y no te lo quites en todo el día. solo para dormir, suerte!

My tennis elbow has not responded to normal elastic devices. A squash partner swears by one like this and for that reason I selected it despite it getting fewer stars than other devices. I wear it about half my waking hours and can honestly say that I noticed improvement in hours and massive difference over a few days. I’ve played squash with it on and it’s so much better. This might not work for you and could be simply luck for me - but it doesn’t feel like that. I wear it so the fatter end is near the tendon in question (more comfortable for me). Not sure how it works but for me, for now it certainly does.
