Great product overall. Enjoying the drying function. Would be great to have transparent window to see if smth left inside. Otherwise superb machine. Would definitely recommend.

So far so good.. had almost 10 washes... can't complain.... it has been doing its job pretty well.. 1st time user for a dryer... it takes ages to dry.. but I guess thats normal for any brand.. usual dry time is around 4 to 6 hours.. thats a lot of energy consumption.

Product broke down after a year of use, and since it wasn’t covered by 1 year warranty I paid for repairs by Samsung. 3 months later the product broke down again. Also the washer dryer takes 6 hours to complete a cycle and is very noisy.

The technicians were professional and machine is great to use. Finally found a machine that does not shrink clothes.

Washing is fine, when drying there is no fluff collector so need to run a quick cycle to clean the drum. The end of cycle songs drive me crazy, no way to turn them off and they are waaaay too long

Worst buy ever. I even got an extended warranty. 10 days counting. They visited after a long wait today we needed to pay 359 aed. !!! 10 years warranty is just a lie.
