If it's faulty and you can't print a label that tough
I'm so upset and disappointed. I was really looking forward to this being as described and treating myself after taking so long to look through various different brands. But all I'm left with is scrapes and bruises and a scooter that is dangerous to ride that I can't send back or have replaced. The handle has completely detached itself out while using and has caused at least 2 near traffic accidents, the brake isn't effective at all when either going fast or if the ground is even remotely wet. The "smooth" ride is non existent even on standard concrete paths and cause such bad rattling and vibrations that it hurts my wrists and that's before the handle decides to come out again. The metal carry strap connection has also broken off somehow and it isn't even the same easy release button as shown in the description pics/video, it's a difficult release lever?! Tried getting help but have been told unless I print a label I won't get any help and if I have a scooter then I have a way to get to a library.... Even though it is literally dangerous and faulty to use.... If you have no family or friends that have access to a printer and you yourself don't either so is physically impossible to get one then pray you don't have issues because you'll be left on your own and basically gas lit into it all being your fault. Beyond discriminatory, distressing and just ridiculous. Happy bloody birthday to me.....

Brilliant scooter, perfect for teenagers and adult adults
Brilliant foldable scooter a good range of high adjustment fit my very tall 10-year-old and I could easily extend it to fit me too. Colours are exactly as shown in the photo and we found it was easy to open and forward and really good value for money.

Awesome scooter
Bought this scooter for my 9 year old daughter. Really nice blue colour and big enough for me to use too (5'8" male, 75kgs). I appreciate how easy it is to fold up and carry and it feels quite sturdy and solid with larger wheels. The handles are also very comfortable.

Great if a little flawed
Has held up well over the years other than the kick stand, brakes are a little weak given the speed it can reach. Otherwise it’s great

What a faf!
I ordered this for my son’s birthday, supposedly next day delivery, but I got several emails stating “not today, maybe tomorrow”. Eventually I got through to customer service who said “well it’s currently for sale on next day delivery, buy another one and send the late delivery back to us.” Both ended up arriving together!!!! Which them meant I had to faff about getting this huge box out the house without birthday boy seeing it. Argh. The scooter…well it’s a huge hit. I got this for my 7 year old, he’s happy wizzing around on it! It goes quite fast so a helmet is a must, only mild issue is a bolt keep loosening itself but we fixed that by changing the bolt. The colours are bright, grip tape is…grippy. I love the fold function as I can pop it in the car easily, but as the handle goes to my height I can simply ride it home myself when he takes it to school! The folding mech takes a bit of getting used to, it’s stiff (which is good!) but when it goes it collapses with force so mind your head. We’ve had no problems with it at all in the 3 months he’s had it

Awful from the first day of use!
Absolutely disgusting experience! Bought it for my 8 yo daughter and from the first ride the scooter needed to be repaired after every single ride! The steering wheel got broken every time and the position wasn’t straight. First of all that’s really UNSAFE! There is nothing I can do after month of using only on weekends and only by child scooter looks awful and today got absolutely broken! Now the steering wheel is stuck and I can’t put it in the right position any more! DONT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND PUT YOUR KID IN DANGER!

Great for six months, then front wheel broke
The headline pretty much sums it up. My twelve-year-old son used it to get to and from school. It needed a couple of minor repairs to keep it going, but nothing impossible. Then the front wheel came off - the bolt attaching it snapped. The returns window had long closed, so there's nothing to be done but take it to the tip. Disappointing - I'd expect it to last a lot longer.

Bluedart, the courier assigned by Amazon took 10 days to claim the item from customs. It was cleared by customs on 25th June and Bluedart picked it up on 6th June for delivery. How irresponsible. The item is ok, as described by the seller

I'm 47 and I've wanted a scooter since my kids got theirs back in the early 2000s. I bought this as a gift for someone else, but even though it was listed as prime, it took over a week to come, so i had to go out and buy a different scooter for her. Since I also just celebrated a birthday, I kept this for myself when it finally arrived. I'm glad I did because my stunted childhood dreams came true! It's been cold and rainy here but I've been riding this baby around my house and it's every bit as fun as I hoped it would be. I cannot wait to get outside with it! It's very sturdy and the second height level is perfect for my 5'3 frame. Folding it seems tricky at first, but I found a great YouTube video titled Lascoota Teen Scooter that shows how to pull up while pushing up on the red folding button. Now it's super easy to fold and unfold. Some weird black plastic piece fell out from where it folds and I've emailed the company about it, but so far it doesn't seem to affect the scooter usage. Replacement parts are readily available, and look pretty inexpensive, from the Lascoota website. Testing the brake inside at low speed, it seems really responsive. The little kickstand is awesome because at my age I'm just so above dumping my $70 scooter on its side in the grass. I'm not planning on doing any rad tricks, and I'm not into getting tiny wheels stuck in cracks, so the larger wheels on this are fabulous because they give such a smooth ride. I'm mostly looking forward to embarrassing my youngest son as I ride around the neighborhood on my super cool pink scooter. I ordered a white helmet to go with this and I'm totally gonna sticker the heck out of it to complete the bad mom effect.
