8/26 Update: Seller reached out to replace broken item. Upgrading review to reflect customer service quality and my opinion of the item. Original review: This is a great tumbler, when it is intact. It looks great, the rubber grip is very nice, and it holds the perfect amount of cold brew and ice. Unfortunately, it broke so easily when it wasn't even dropped and I would really like a replacement. However, it is impossible to get in touch with this seller's customer service. So I am hoping this negative review will change that. I will update the rating to reflect my feelings on the product when it is replaced.

I was looking for a taller cup for my iced coffees and this one was perfect! I read the reviews before hand so let me address the "issues" 1. The lid not fitting snuggly after the first use. I noticed that as well, BUT I found if you don't fill the cup to the top (leave the space for the lid) and give the lid and the rim of the cup a little wipe, it will stay just fine. 2. Condensation on the cup. Yep, the silicone sleeve is mostly for your hand and not to keep the cup from sweating, but it's not that bad. 3. Moldly lids from not being able to dry the lid properly after washing. So far I haven't had an issue with this. I think if you don't fill it to the top like I mentioned earlier, no drink residue will get in and you can just wash and air dry like normal without worry of the possibility of mold. I've had this cup for a couple of months now and love using. Loved that it came with 2 straws, however I would have loved a straw cleaner rather than the extra straw. All in all, it's a good cup and I love using it, would definitely recommend 👌

I like the light blue color, it came with 2 straws clear and blue. The glass was the reason I bought it. the top does not stay on the greatest but I am pretty calm so it works for me. It would not be good for sporting events. I plan on buying for gifts and I want a pink one too. I ordered a pink one and did not like the color it was not like pictured, but also bought the lavendar and I like it. Update: 3 one had a cracked straw it was lavender update : my blue one that I used everyday since I got it fell off the table and hit the tile floor broke. I was hoping the rubber would stop it but not it broke.

Great value and quality

My review: So, the glass tumbler itself is nice for what it is, but it has flaws. It looks pleasing as a desk ornament. It holds water and I can drink from it so I can't say it doesn't do what its supposed to haha. If I pick up the tumbler from the top, there is absolutely NOTHING holding the top in place and it will pop open and spill everywhere so be careful. The glass isn't thick either so that sucker will shatter if you If you use this with iced drinks, prepare for condensation everywhere. Put a napkin down at your desk or coaster and then some napkins cause nothing insulates this tumbler. My sleeve is also warped so it's stretched higher on one side of the tumbler and makes it look goofy. Other than that, if I forget my regular water bottle I'll use this one as a backup.

Great durable tumbler and the perfect size for tracking daily water intake. Lid seals tight! Love the silicone protector! This is a good product for the price!
