An all in one supplement that includes an intensive variety of nutrients for a healthy body and mind. I have been feeling quite sluggish lately, so I thought I’d give this supplement a try and if it’s any good. I feel that it has the concoction of vitamins my body needs. It contains advanced multivitamins, minerals, superfoods, Goji Berries, Cordyceps, Vegan Probiotics, Milk Thistle, Iodine, Iron and Magnesium. It comes in a 150g bottle and is good for a month's consumption, but for £58.99, which is quite pricey but might be worth the price if it's working as intended. As with taking supplements, it’s hard to see the results in a short period of time. However, with the advanced formulation, the vitamins and nutrients should be absorbed faster and better by the body. I’m not sure if it’s a placebo effect, I do feel better and less sluggish in the evening since taking this supplement. It’s always recommended to seek professional advice before taking any supplements. You are supposed to mix 2 teaspoons into 250 cold drinks either using a shaker, or just in a glass. I do find that it is not very palatable when mixing with cold water, however, mixing with cold juices in a mixer produces a better and smoother consistency, and tastes much better too - tastes similar to berry squash. In short, a well-balanced supplement that might be able to help with a strong mind and healthy body. Not sure if I will continue to take it on a monthly basis due to the very high price tag though.

I chose this for my partner who has diverticular disease plus suffers from fatigue and brain fog. I already take the lean formula, but my partner doesn’t need to lose any weight so this one is ideal for him. He normally takes around a dozen supplements a day including vitamins, turmeric and minerals, plus drinks and shakes, it takes ages sorting out all the bottles every week to fill his daily containers, so just having one bottle is so much easier. These capsules contain everything he had been taking plus lots more (48 amazing vitamins, minerals, probiotics and more). My partner splits his 6 capsules over two meals, he finds them easy to take and says there is no aftertaste. After he had been taking them for 5 or six days I noticed he hadn’t complained of the right sided gut pain that he had been having a lot of trouble with, he then realized it had not given him as much pain for a couple of days. We had been worried about what the cause was, he is waiting for a scan, we didn’t know if it was his diverticular disease, a reoccurrence of a hernia he had repaired or worse. This improvement makes us think it was his diverticular disease. He feels like he has more energy in general. He did have some constipation before taking these despite eating plenty fruit and veg, he says there is a big improvement there. He will continue taking these until they are finished, I’d love for him to continue them full time, but we have too many bills right now. They really are amazing though.

You get a 30 day serving in each bottle, that you mix yourself, with either water or plant based milk. The taste isn't too bad, it definitely has that berry flavour type of sweetness. When I had it too early in the morning, I thought it was a bit much but having it a bit later in the day helped more with this. I can't comment on if it's made a huge difference yet, as it's only been just over a week the only thing I have noticed, (TMI) is that I've become more of a morning 'goer' now, making me feel like it is helping my gut somewhat but other than that, I haven't noticed too much else. I'm hoping with taking it over a period of time, I will notice more of the other benefits. For taste, I would rate it 4/5 For easy mixing and being able to use it with different liquids, I would rate it 5/5 For the price against how many servings you get, I would rate it 4/5 I would recommend it.

I’m trying to find the words to describe the taste of this item without wanting to mentally recall the actual taste - it isn’t easy so bear with me. It has a very slight berry taste - you know how every so often at the back of the fridge you find some fruit that’s a month past it’s use-by date? Well it tastes how that smells. It looks like watery gravy and the taste is really hard to describe… so i’ll try again. Imagine a cucumber mixed with bananas ….. now mush them up and stick it in a glass of water with some gravy and i think you’re part way there. This would have to give me borderline superpowers in order for me to continue a daily routine of taking it - but 2 glasses is enough for me - the stress of supping this stuff in the hope I become less stressed is just a bit of a nonsense. The price is excessive in the extreme for what it is. I am more than happy to spend money on a potential placebo - but at least make it taste of something palatable.
