I suffer a hearing loss and most headsets aren't clear enough for me. This must be the 3rd headset I bought to find the right clarity I needed. I love it. Easy to slip on and off. But the clarity far exceeds any other walkie headset I've used. Would buy again!

I've probably purchased 15-20 of these in past 6 months. Been splitting purchases between this brand and another for same radio. They work well but break rather easily in our restaurant daily use. I keep 8 in service, and usually buy 2-4 each month to replace the ones that break. Biggest issue is that one or the other (Hearing or Talking) goes out . Occasionally one of the buttons stick so those get thrown out too. They work for what they are meant to. They are cheap enough that I don't mind replacing them. If they lasted longer I'd give them 5 stars.

I bought two of this earpieces last year. I still have mine perfectly functioning, but the other one, I gave as a gift died recently. This is the most comfortable earpiece ever. I had the earpiece that put inside your ear and was an horrible experience. I had inflammation and a lot of itch with the transparent earpiece.

It hurts your ear after a while and does not work with helmet.

This is comfortable and easy to use but the person on the other end can't hear me.Says audio is muffled.Disappointed.

The volume is very high and can't be adjusted.

The Caroo headset is a welcome change from the old fashioned headsets that are literally stuck in the ear. The sound is excellent as well as the comfort. Other members of our security team will be ordering them.
