After comparing prices, features and reviews, This office chair cushion is a better value compared to others, plus it’s more of a firm support that does not totally go flat when you sit on it, I am not a small light weight person at all, and this cushion hold up, it is comfy yet firm and it holds its shape even for long hours in an office chair. Great pain relief for the tailbone if you position the cushion correctly with the opening to the back, that opening keeps pressure off the tailbone area and floats the coccyx, to prevent injury and pain from sitting for long periods. I also like the color, it is more of a royal blue not a navy blue as shown in the photos, color not what I expected but the color has since grown on me, it looks nice in my white leather office chair because I have other blue furniture in the room so it works okay with my white and blue ranch house decor.

good cushion, but does run a little wide

I have sciatica that is so severe, I cannot sit anywhere but at home. Even if I am in the car for more than 10 minutes, I am in so much pain I can barely walk back into the house. This cushion actually does relieve some of the pain. The only drawback is that it is pretty hard, so it isn't comfortable on the legs and hiney.

Somehow I came down with a real bad case of sciata. First time in 75 years. It was killing me. Felt like I'd got my butt spanked with a 2 X 6. Couldn't still for longer than give minutes. Out of sheer desperation, .I ordered this thing. Unfortunately, it took something like ten days to get to me. While I was waiting, the sciata cleared up mostly. Maybe 85%. Which means I have no idea if the cushion is doing me any good. Seems to me the most effecacious cure for my sciata was the extended Amazon shipping time. Not so much the cushion.

I bought this for my sick father who was sore from sitting all the time. It helped a little bit I guess but once you sit on it it flattens and really doesn't do a lot after that.
