Water filters
All I can say is these are a necessity to make sure the water is not loaded with harmful chemicals and micro organisms, Metals etc that can make us ill. They are expensive, but it’s either pay up or suffer the consequences. Sad that we are in this position in a modern civilised country, but at least these filters are available so that we can help ourselves.

I was using different filters from another manufacturer (chlorine above / flouride below) .The berkfield filter does both on one unit. Seems very well made. Initial flow very slow but quicker after a few days.Happy so far 👍

If your water has flouride in it these are essential
Fluoridation of water is a con, it's an industrial by-product we've been led to believe is ok to consume in the name of 'health'.They don't add it where rich people live, guess why?It's just another lie, what a surprise

Bigger than the standard ones.
Bigger and therefore take up more space in the filter tank. No idea if they really reduce flouride but I hope so. The water takes a bit longer to filter through these than the standard ones. I prefer the standard filters but wanted the flouride option.
