Will a 2nd doll fit in the car (the same size as Chelsea), or is just big enough for Chelsea and her dog?

Just one doll will fit, but I wouldn't let that discourage you from buying it. It was a fun activity for us to decorate the car, and then you have a cute little car to get Chelsea around.

It does not have a hitch and therefore cannot tow the trailer.

It is too small for a regular Barbie doll but it fits the mini Chelsea doll perfectly.
