Does it have to be used in one go or can I break it down and do one part to one litre to clean one filter?

I break it down, 250ml of cleaning solution per 5 litres of water. I measure it out using a plastic jug that I keep for hot tub use only. Hope that helps

It appears this stuff is difficult to dispose of legally after use. What is the recommended way to dispose of used solution?

It’s mixed with litres of water I just pull plug and it goes down drain that is joined to my household waste pipes
