Product not performing
The controller is not working on auto modeAfter 1 minute the pump is stoped on dry run sensor, water supply checked available the problem might be the dry run sensor or the auto system, wrote 2 mails to imagine no response please advice what to do return the product or solution will be provided

No tension of checking water supply from municipal corporation
Works efficiently, detects water in supply line and starts the motor if water in tank is below sensor level and stops the motor when tank is full.

Water controller working ok but ON delay & OFF delay timer for pump need improvement
I had use this product from last two week and It's working fine with , water sensor work on munciple water come and start motor ,Only one issue that it start immediately once some initial small water come ,for better operation need " ON delay" time like 10 sec , so that is only start when proper water come , second issue related to " OFF delay " time , once water goes then pump off after 60 sec of off delay , due to pump operate long time dry run and may reduce pump life ,If both above timer properly configured then product is really very good 👍👍

Very easy to install.
I ordered this fully automatic water level controller. I found the product very useful due to erratic water supply in my area. It was installed within few minutes and is working absolutely fine. With the installation of this product, my hassle in checking whether the water is coming or not has gone. I recommend this product. 👍👍

Upper tank Khali hone ke 30 second ke bad on hota h
The media could not be loaded. Sirji aapke product ki din pe din bdi hi ghatiya qwalti hoti ja rhi h eski sudhar ki jarurt h nhi aapka mal bikna hi band ho jayega ka baka aap samjhdar ho in water supplai water aane ke bad bhi 35 secand ke bad chalta
