Calphalon Premium Nonstick Baking Pans Set of 2, 12 x 17 inch, Silverware, Heavy Gauge Steel Core

Standard for all my reviews: When reviewing products, I'm always objective and honest about the product or service. I review with information that I feel others would like to know about the product as I always assume what I'm writing will influence for or against the purchase. I try to go above and beyond surface characteristics and input into quality, value and application. Most importantly, I end the review with an answer as to whether I'd purchase the product again which I believe is the most critical question pertaining to the item. To manufacturers: Manufacturers: Want me to review your items, just let me know! I'm a bit of a Calphalon snob when it comes to our cooking items. We hung onto our old cookie sheets far too long, finally replacing them with this set of two. The sheets are large, great and exactly what I've come to expect from my Calphalon items. I use almost all Calphalon cookware and these are up to the standard. Would definitely purchase these again.

These baking sheets were a bit more expansive than others but they are sturdy and easy to clean. (I use baking sheet paper most of the time.) I used them a few times so far and am happy with the quality. Yes, they warp during baking as other reviewers mentioned but it’s not so bad and they go back to flat when they are cooled off. My oven does not fit two of these at once. I should have measured my oven before I purchased this 2 sheet set. I also bought one size smaller and one of each size fit well together in my oven.

These pans are great, and they fit my silicone mats perfectly. This is the only pan I use now. I did notice that every once in a while, the pan will "pop" when in the oven. It looks like one of the corners pops up when in the oven, but it goes back down after the pan is hot.

Well built; easy clean

They are nice looking but after 2-3 minutes in the stove they popped super loud and twisted! Scared the crap out of us, never had a pan do this. I emailed for it was a couple days past return policy of course, requested all this information and pictures from me and never heard back. I tried both pans I ordered! Look for something else. UPDATE: contacted company treated me great, sent me 2 new pans, appreciated it, but I believe it happens at 375 degrees and above. Did not pop when doing cookies.

These Calphalon Premium Nonstick Baking Pans are fantastic! They hold up really well to frequent use, heat evenly, and clean up easily thanks to the nonstick surface. The heavy-gauge steel core makes them sturdy without warping, and the size is perfect for everything from sheet cakes to roasting veggies. I’ve been using them for a while now, and they still look and perform like new—definitely worth it!

The worst cookie sheets I have ever had and way over priced. I would give zero stars if I could. They claim to be non-stick--everything sticks and will not come off even when scrubbing. These pans warp in the oven to the point that the food is baking on a slanted pan while in the oven and then when taken out of the oven they make a loud bang and pop into another warped position. I purchased these pans because of the Calphalon name and the fact that they were supposed to be non-stick and dishwasher safe. As I said, everything sticks to them, they will not get clean and are discolored after one use and my putting them in the dishwasher is pointless because bits of baked on food will not come off unless it is scraped off with a spatula. Also, food such as french fries does not cook evenly with some fries coming out hard and some under cooked. Horrible pans and a waste of money. I went back to the basic Nordicware aluminum pans and they are perfect even though they are not non-stick.

Every time so far when cleaned in the dishwasher, the water that collects under the rolled edge of the perimeter is brown when the tray is turned over to allow the excess water to flow out. I believe this is rust, so each time after washing I have to make sure and dry with a paper towel. At this point, it is not certain how long the trays will last due to the rust.....

Before I decided to purchase these baking trays I did some measurements to my new macaroon silicone mats and kitchen oven. I am glad I did it because these trays fit perfectly for my 2x silicone mats (11.6”x16.5”purchased also from Amazon), and inside my 60cm oven (as per photos). I haven’t used trays yet but they are look great and good quality. I couldn’t be happier with these purchase. Now I can start baking using my new kitchen tools:-)

These baking sheets are fantastic. They warp a little in the oven but "pop" back flat as they cool down. Easy to clean, but they're a little too large the stand up on their side in my dishwasher so I've been doing it by hand in the sink. They're also a perfect fit for AmazonBasics Silicone Baking Mat - 2 Pack , which I bought at the same time.

best multi-purpose cook sheet i have ever owned

They are really good. I dented one of them and my wife got mad at me but that is not Calphalon's fault.
