Good well made and high quality bit of kit . It’s not plastic as someone incorrectly stated , it’s aluminium with a non stick coating . Cold to the touch and quite obviously a metal . Fits an old seventies mixer a treat . Has the bayonet type fitting , will fit the majority of kenwood chefs .
