My boyfriend uses this nearly everyday. He has issues with tendinitis and this really helps. Only complaint is that the cord to plug in is short so make sure you have an extension cord to be able to sit comfortably.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE !!!! Velcro you'd buy in a store, let alone the disgusting smell of the item and packaging! Amazon better make it easier for its immediate return and refund

Works perfectly. Purchased due to physical therapy for rotator cuff surgery.

The pad is a perfect fit but the cord is way to short. I had surgery on my left arm and the plug in is on the right side. I have to stay in one place because the cord is very short. Extra straps are great for different size arms. Feel great but would love a longer cord.

This product is not one size fits all. I'm a small person and this is massive on me. The starps do not hold tight enough it's still to big with the smallest straps. The temp controll button is really iffy on when it wants to work. And the hottest temp almost burned me. Not worth the price. Not good quality product.

This one works, unlike the first one I ordered. But it doesn't get as hot as I was hoping. Set on the highest setting, it's only luke warm, in my opinion.Just saw carrier claimed he/she left package in mailbox. Umm...I found it on the porch railing, not inside mail box.
