I have used Victor since January 2024, as a boarding kennel I use for training had switched to it. My first time with this flavor. As my dogs are 100 lbs plus I was looking for larger pellets. They are somewhat larger; however my dogs clean their bowls without coughing out small pellets.My dogs clean their plates. If your dog has a grain allergy don’t buy it. It is chicken meal, brown rice and grains with fish meal. I wish Victor would come out with larger pellets in their fish and high protein brands. My dogs do well on this brand.

Not super fast shipping though

My dogs love this food, and it’s all stages so it works well for both my two-year-old and my six month old. However, I feel like even with a subscription plan it gets pricier and pricier. I may have to change brands of the price keeps going up.

Our old dog food changed formula and it had allergens in it so we needed a new option.My son accidentally ordered salmon protein for the previous month of this same brand. No problems. Our vet does not recommend fish as primary protein source.No listed allergens, but clearly there were undeclared allergens. This is a high end brand and is extremely expensive. Made in the USA. But doesn’t mention if ingredients are all sourced in USA.We have a second dog. They are fed on different floors. The 2nd dog refused to eat within a week. Literally just ate nothing. She sometimes grazes. But, she just absolutely refused to eat.

I originally started with the Victor Super Premium Dog Food – Purpose - Grain Free Hero Canine – but saw this and switched because I was getting10 lbs more for the same price. My dogs started acting lethargic and did not look forward to eating. Then came the loose stool, everywhere, uncontrollable. So I switched back to the Grain Free and they are fine and eating their food again. Bottom line....if it works, don't change it!!

Good quality dog food especially for my 5 month old fast growing Cane Corso. 👍🏽
