Great product, great customer service
I got this for my 11 month old daughter to start using soon. As soon as I received the set, I discovered the price had dropped on Amazon a good amount, so I reached out about a price adjustment. They were happy to help, I just had to call and talk with someone. They just asked that I put the set entirely together first to make sure I had all the parts and it was in good shape so they wouldn't have to worry about sending parts, refunds, etc. My husband and I put all 3 parts of the set together with the included tools in less than 2 hours. It was very simple, just took a bit of time to screw in a bunch of hex key screws and align a few pieces. Might want 2 people for a few parts, but it really wasn't necessary. My daughter is a bit young to really use it yet, but it's very nice, solid wood (very heavy package to carry up our stairs! Sorry delivery person!) I love that the triangle very easily folds up flat to move aside when it's not in use, but is also very sturdy when it's unfolded and ready for her to climb. We used the slide/climbing wall a few times with her shortly after assembly and she enjoyed that. The grooves on the slide are perfect to attach to the triangle, and can be placed higher or lower on the triangle, depending on how steep the slope you want. The rocker is still a little advanced for my little one, but we put a pillow and blanket in it and tried it with her and she enjoyed it pretty well. Can't wait until she can work it herself. I picture us getting many years of use and enjoyment out of this set!

Easy to assemble and good quality
This was slightly larger than some other ones and seems to be a better quality. It was also easy to put together. The two-year-old loves it. The five year-old plays on it a bit too.

A cheater bar for the Allen wrench would have been nice. Our hands got really tired.
Easy, but sturdy assembly. My kids love it.

Great toy, but sloppy handling
This toy is functionally great. It is sturdy and my kids love playing with it. It would appear as though the finish is durable to toddler play. The set came with scratches and chips in the finish however, and given how it has held up to my children playing on it, that indicates that someone is being extremely careless with it before packing it up and sending it to consumers. This is a toy that occupies a good deal of space in a family’s home, and is built to last for a long time. I don’t feel good sending this toy back over some cosmetic issues (waste of the material and the resources spent shipping it), but I hope that the seller will treat the items with more care in the future. In reading other reviews, it seems like this is a consistent problem.

Very functional!
I bought this for my 14 month old son over he started climbing on the baby gates. He didn’t start climbing on it until he began walking at 15 months. However, it was still very functional for younger babies. My son is 16 months now and loves this climber! He amazes me that he can climb to the top without hesitation. He has never fallen. His ability to climb has increased dramatically in only 1 month. The climber is very easy to put together and great quality. The wood is smooth and very strong. I bought the Avenlur brand even though it was pricier than other climbers because I wanted quality. I highly recommend this Avenlur Hazel 5-in-1!

My 2 and 4yr old love it
We needed something for our active 2yr old son and 4yr old daughter to do on days we are stuck inside (inclement weather etc) besides jumping off the couch and this was the ticket. It’s a great piece - very sturdy and doesn’t wobble at all, there is a climbing side and slide side, the slates on the rounded portion are perfectly spaced no pinched toes and if you flip it over it makes a neat rocking type chair the kids love. They even use the slide for a toy car ramp and have races and use the climbing side like plinko with a ball. I’ll be curious how it grows with them but for this age group it’s been a great purchase (use a drill when assembling).

EASY to assemble and NO rough spots / funky paint fumes! Toddler and teenager approved! 💯🎯
When your 15½ mos old pandemic baby is a maniac who LOVES to climb everything she can get herself up on, you get her something SAFE to climb, that will grow with her! 😝 Her classroom at her daycare has a Pikler climbing triangle, and she LOVES it, so I started by searching for those. This came up as a suggestion and I thought it would be perfect for her bc she also LOVES to slide. My almost 13 yr old son helped me put it together tonight for Baby Sister and it took us just under 90 mins (including laying out the pieces and reviewing the instructions). We can't wait for Baby Sister to check it out tomorrow! 🎉 I originally wanted to get the neutral colored one, but after seeing some reviews about rough spots, I opted for the painted version instead. As I pulled each piece out of the box and we assembled it, I checked for any rough feeling spots and s didn't feel any. As we JUST got it today and assembled it very easily, my rating of ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is based solely on how easy it was to install and that the painted pieces felt smooth with no funky paint fumes. I'll update my review once the baby has had a chance to explore / play on it. ~~~~~ **UPDATE / EDIT** So we've had this set for a couple weeks now and the baby ABSOLUTELY LOVES it. She climbs up / down on the Pikler climbing triangle while saying "up" / "down" and also climbs up / slides down the arch while squealing "WEE!" 😂 Big Brother is too heavy (he's about 80 lbs and the specs say up to 50 lbs) to climb / slide with her, but they LOVE rocking in the upside-down arch together! He'll carefully flip it over and sit in the middle, then she'll squeal in delight, climb up on him, and start hollaring "rocking" (in Mandarin) as he gently rocks it and sings to her. 🥺🥰 This is 💯 toddler and teenager approved fun! We plan to have some friends over after the holidays and I'll update again after their visit! 😝
