This is a lovely product to buy but sadly the lid hadn't been placed on the bottle and leaked inside sadly I am expected to return a sticky bottle 😞leaked all over my other product too

I ordered a quantity of two! Only received quantity of one bottle of the body wash. What happened to the second bottle? I can give evidence of this to back me up. See photos. There’s only one bottle. All the same, I’ll still try it out later as I have yet to.
