I originally ordered the all black chair, and was disappointed after it did not last after a month of use. The model I received had a lever on the right which controls the back rest angle, similar to an emergency brake in a vehicle. I was sent a replacement chair (white) that was structurally different than the first, but much better. The back of the chair has a thick metal brace for angle adjustment and the height of the chair is improved as well as the overall balance. This chair does not tip over at all. I am very happy with the chair and even more impressed with the great customer service. Thank you!

Perfect gaming chair!!! The package arrived within 2-3 days of ordering. It came with an instruction manual which was easy to follow and the assembly was trouble free. All I had to do was follow 10-12 steps and it had every small detail on how to assemble the chair. It took me around 45 minutes to assemble the whole thing(might require less!). There is no need of any additional tools, they provide you with the small packet which consists of all the nuts, bolts, screws, etc. You won’t even need somebody else’s help. You can do it all by yourself. The chair is quite comfortable and can be adjusted as per your liking. It is perfect for office use as well as gaming. It reclines all the way to 180 degrees which provides the ultimate comfort while watching a movie. The armrest can be adjusted accordingly. It also comes with a footrest which is an added plus when it comes to comfort. Overall, a very good chair!!

I've had this chair for more than just a few years now. While it does feel comfortable, the padding is starting to tear up a little bit, although that could just be a personal experience. The back support pillow has also basically just given up and has gone flat.The air pump still works fine, as well as the reclining seat. The chair does come with instructions and it won't take more than a few hours on the very high end of things. Not bad like I said, could probably just maybe spend a little more on something probably more comfortable and lasting.

If you value not having pain from your waist down do not get this chair. It causes hip pain in the ball and socket joints, pain on the lower spine and tailbone, and knee pain. I got a serta instead after this worthless trash broke. This is a serious warning for this chair.This chair lasted a total of 8 months before breaking. After the first 5 months one of the casters kept popping out of the chair leg. The mount where the pin sits was bending to let the caster slip free. Adjusting the little ring did nothing to help. Eventually the leg just snapped off at the end.My initial impression was the chair leans very far forward, great for posture and has great height variety with the lift. The seat is small, the size is comparable to a school desk seat, yet the back is very high. This is a gaming chair meant for gangly teens but will still require a seat cushion as you can feel the board right on your tailbone when the back is tilted comfortably in a resting position rather than attentive one.It is incredibly uncomfortable for long term sitting, if you game and have a desk job this is NOT a good chair at all. The leg rest is incredibly small as well, you could only realistically use it if you cross your legs on it. The screws it comes with for the leg rest do not fit in the sockets and will require an electric drill to push through the metal, the allen wrench/philips head screwdriver combo it comes with do not work for the leg rest.Avoid this chair, it's not worth it.

Easy to assemble, some care was put into design, manufacturing and assembly. Overall I am very happy with this chair, it is pretty comfortable and supportive (that's not easy to do). The arm rests are nice along with the head and lumbar support, i have not used the foot rest yet. I use this as a computer chair and also a reading chair. I expect that this chair will wear well considering the quality.

Overall product is good. Very easy to assemble, was so easy I did it without the instructions.That is where the issue with the product started with me. After complete it was pretty obvious someone returned this one for what ever reason, and it was shipped back to me. The first thing I noticed was how beat up the box was. This could have been due to shipping, so can't put that entirely on the seller. Second thing I noticed was upon opening the box the instructions were no where to be found. Maybe they were lost because of how badly the box was torn/beat up. 2nd thing I noticed was all the screws were preplaced in the holes where they go. This was when I was pretty sure the product was returned and shipped back to me. A couple of the screws were kind of tight, but luckily none were cross threaded. One of which when unscrewing took a piece of foam from inside the seat with it as I removed the screw to install one of the arm rests. Bottom of cushion so not too concerned as it was maybe a 2x1 inch piece of foam that came out with the screw.The only real design flaw is the foot rest. They give basically a wood screw to act as a stop. However the hole drilled in the bracket where you would install this screw was not large enough for the width of the threads.Good product, but I have my doubts if I would like to buy from this seller again.

My son uses this chair for gaming and loves it. Very comfortable, well made, and the faux leather has held up really well. Patiomage customer service is A++++ too -- we had an issue and they stood by their one-year warranty, responded very quickly and friendly, and sent us a new chair in less than a week. Highly recommend Patiomage chairs for gaming!

Got the chair a few days ago now. So far it’s been treating me nice. Very comfy and relaxing. Assembly also was pretty easy, took about 30 minutes with the manual, although the manual isn’t really necessary when building it. Only thing I couldn’t really figure out was the screw for the foot rest but it still functions great without it. Hopefully it holds up for months to come!
